A family friendly interaction with local wildlife, this one of a kind education experience is given by Kathy Uhler of the Pocono Wildlife Rehabilitation Center who demonstrates in her program how we can protect and live along side our natural neighbors.

Their lectures include growing tips, why everyone should purchasing garlic locally and what beneficial attributes garlic has to your health.... a novice or the hardcore fan of garlic learn something new from these two garlic experts!

A thirty year veteran of the restaurant industry Chef Dan Rothman has traveled the country with an extensive career working from New Orleans LA, Palm Beach FL and more notables are Tavern on The Green in NYC, Frog andeach as well as Stage Left in NJ. Chef Rothman has been featured on CBS news, received a four star review in the New York Times and is co founder of the Slow Food Pocono Mountains Chapter. He will demostrating the tricks of the trade with two; half an hour programs daily.

Blue Emerald Band has been playing the tri-state area for over 33 years. Dating back as far as the summer of 1976, the boys have been playing since their teens 6 nights a week in the largest clubs in the tri-state area. They are masters of hard driving classic and southern rock.Most the bands currentt members are from the original line up. This invenitve trio have the uncanny ability to weave memorable pop melodicism, sophisticated harmonic and rhythmic invention with the adventurous spirit of improvisation and deliver it with a rye sense of humor. Leander and main song writer Len Mooney has shared the stage with such diverse legends as Rick Danko (of the Band) and Bernie Worrell (P-Funk, WOO Warriors) both Rock N Roll Hall of Famers. The band consist of Mooney on organ, Kevin Siebold on guitar and Dre Siciliano on drums the trio style of improvised music is a complementing experience for the listener.

| The Juggernaut String Band - that fuses American banjo and African hand drums with traditional and original songs for a sound they call “Appalachian Juju,” the title of their newest CD. The Lost Ramblers - Formed in 1978, this band specializes in bluegrass and old time music but also offers an eclectic mix of Celtic, Jazz, polka and even klezmer tunes. The Lost Ramblers' influences come from the bluegrass world as well as a hard-driving traditional. Of course, many other sounds have entered the band's repertoire--too many to mention. They remain a hard-core, good time musical force and have managed to keep their sound fresh after all these years. Plexigrass Are described as shatter proof blue grass. The creative infusion of these five local musicians makes all in their presence get up and dance. Playing lead guitar is Doug Trotter, as original founding member, now manages the band. Lance Trotter, is very well known for his searing vocal leads, often carrying a note until time stands still, as well as contributing his dead-on-key harmony. Scott Eager is a fresh talent to Plexigrass bringing new levels to the band's sound as a well-seasoned bluegrass musician . Andy Reisser banjo picking combines the power and dynamics of traditional and contemporary bluegrass. Guairist Geoff Gay is a self-taught player, he is the 2011 winner of the Dick Blattenberger Dobro Award, presented by the PA/NJ Dobro & Resonator Guitar. www.plexigrass.com
