The Pocono Garlic Festival is the one place that you can meet the families who grow what you are consuming. Next to

garlic fresh is the foremost word use around here. As a collective group of farmers, with generations of growing knowledge,

we all take pride in providing-our patrons with the freshest picked crops, harvested sometimes the same day.
