For sixteen years the Pocono Garlic Farmers have a tradition of celebrating
the garlic harvest every Labor Day Weekend, they are inviting you to join them.

Each year tons of locally harvested garlic is turned into the greatest array
of Garlicous food that can be found on the eastern seaboard. All for the tasting!
